Job Description

Within Natixis CIB, you will join the Alternative Credit Syndication team (ACS) within the CIB.

You will be a member of the ACS team in charge of loan solutions and syndication of illiquid assets. This encompasses capital and liquidity structured solutions and asset portfolio distribution – irrespective of the format – from inception to post closing servicing.

You will also work on the secondary distribution side of illiquid assets.

This encompasses capital and liquidity structured solutions and asset portfolio distribution – irrespective of the format – from inception to post closing servicing. You will also work on the secondary distribution side of illiquid assets.

You will, under the supervision of a senior structurer:

  • Participate to the execution of new structured transactions
  • Perform Front-Office servicing duties regarding Capital-Relief transactions (e.g. Synthetic Securitizations, structured portfolio guarantees)
  • Prepare pitch books/marketing material and documents required for syndication processes
  • Participate to the pricing recommendations and assess liquidity analysis
  • Follow the different asset classes market, enhance and update market comparables and market intelligence
  • Deliver periodic activity reports on the ACS scope

Main internal & external relations:

  • Origination teams
  • Asset analyst teams
  • Sales and financial engineering team
  • Credit risk and finance division
  • Middle office (according to each asset class and business line)
