Job Description

The Intern will provide support to the Leveraged and Corporate Loan Syndication teams as applicable.

  • Review of market trends in terms of structures, pricing, liquidity
  • Assist in preparing market materials for client pitches and internal market updates
  • Assist in deal-execution (e.g. drafting of Bloomberg launch blasts/Invite letter, investors‘ invitee list, Sales teach-in, Q&A with investors, liaising with sales and origination teams, etc.)
  • Updating and maintaining comparable, marketing and key documentation points databases
  • Assist in preparing bi-weekly underwriting reports to be presented to top management
  • Build and maintain internal network aimed at strengthening the ASF Chain
  • Assist in the drafting of bizcom and underwriting memo
  • Comply with the Loan Syndication procedure and maintaining the appropriate controls
  • Update and maintain correct UW position in Singular
