The Intern will provide support to the Leveraged and Corporate Loan Syndication teams as applicable.
Review of market trends in terms of structures, pricing, liquidity
Assist in preparing market materials for client pitches and internal market updates
Assist in deal-execution (e.g. drafting of Bloomberg launch blasts/Invite letter, investors‘ invitee list, Sales teach-in, Q&A with investors, liaising with sales and origination teams, etc.)
Updating and maintaining comparable, marketing and key documentation points databases
Assist in preparing bi-weekly underwriting reports to be presented to top management
Build and maintain internal network aimed at strengthening the ASF Chain
Assist in the drafting of bizcom and underwriting memo
Comply with the Loan Syndication procedure and maintaining the appropriate controls
Update and maintain correct UW position in Singular
