Purpose of the role

The Digital Account Coordinator provides administrative support to the LEWIS Digital team. The role requires the ability to handle a number of projects at any one time as well as being able to respond quickly to online community and team requests. The Digital Account Coordinator develops a clear understanding of the team’s requirements and objectives, is proactive in attitude and supportive to the team at all times.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Assist the team with the support of client accounts and projects
  • Support relationships with clients, establishing self and LEWIS as an invaluable long-term partner for integrated services
  • Coordinate communication with clients, ensure deadlines are adhered to
  • Support the business development process by providing research and coordination
  • Provide social media execution and administration of related digital activity
  • Maintain and coordinate social media, campaigns and projects for LEWIS Digital clients
  • Build relationships with account servicing to develop compelling and impactful digital content
  • Contribute to client growth and impact across the full spectrum of social media channels including, but not limited to; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Production of social first copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform
  • Ensure personal and deliverable client objectives are met on an on-going basis
  • Accurately report activity levels and regularly completes timesheets to ensure correct allocation of client and team duties
  • Work closely with line manager to maximise own strengths and improve weaknesses
  • Regularly attend LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge
  • Provide reports to the Digital Account Manager or senior management team on request
  • Support the LEWIS Digital and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects

Support the Office Coordinator with front desk duties when required, including opening the office
