Our internship provides exposure and training across the MSCI business with an emphasis on your development. You will be constantly learning and well connected to our senior leaders. Intern Experience

Your internship begins with an MSCI Orientation which gives you a perfect foundation for the weeks ahead as you learn about our culture, values, and business model. Your learning continues ‘on-the-desk’ as you work through live projects and gain first-hand experience of how all teams at MSCI play a role in creating solutions for our clients. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support you through every stage of the program.

Responsibilities (Real Estate Client Coverage)

As a Client Coverage intern within our Real Estate team, you will work on a specific, meaningful project, supporting our Sales Specialists or Consultant teams. The experience could involve helping with pre-sales tasks, conducting market research, supporting the pro-active management of client relationships, all to ensure the best us of our products in the context of the clients’ investment goals, with a high level of client satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate qualification in a relevant degree subject, e.g., real estate, geography, economics, finance
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for excellence
• Navigate hurdles with entrepreneurial spirit to develop new business
• High attention to detail and good team player
• Strong analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex issues
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints
