The Summer Internship Programme

Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP offers interns the experience of being part of a fast-growing international asset management business involved in the acquisition and development of private sustainable energy projects and companies worldwide.

There are 2 Summer Investor Relations Internship positions available, to join the Business Development Team of a global sustainable energy infrastructure and private equity investment firm based in London. Over a period of 10 weeks, the Interns will be working primarily across capital raisings, face to face meeting engagements with existing and prospective investors and you will be involved in committee activities requesting your opinions and participation. We are ideally looking for this person to start in early July 2022.

Interns at Victory Hill will participate in all aspects of capital raising lifecycle and will be exposed to the management of all engagements with investors. Interns should expect to be staffed on a number of projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the execution of capital raising campaigns
  • Drafting pitch material and other marketing documentation
  • Drafting ensuring the completion of RFPs and answering all ad hoc requests from investors

Essential Skills and Characteristics

  • Strong project management skills and superior communication skills
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance, investments, infrastructure and private equity
  • Proactive attitude and sense of initiative
  • Effective verbal and writing skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams

Qualifications

  • Excellent academic credentials; a business, economics or scientific degree is preferred, but other degrees will also be considered
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Prior internships in private equity, project finance, investment banking (M&A/leverage finance) or consulting is desirable
  • Must have knowledge of foreign languages and command English fluently
  • International work experience will be considered a significant asset
