The Firm is based in London and is run by an experienced team of real asset financiers and private equity professionals that have spun-out of a large established global banking group. The Firm’s activities are entirely focused on direct sustainable energy infrastructure and private equity investments across the globe. The Team have an established track record participating in circa $40bn in sustainable energy projects globally. The investment team is composed of professionals from multiple financial disciplines who can assess real asset and private company investments from a variety of perspectives. The Summer Internship Programme

Victory Hill Capital Advisors LLP offers interns the experience of being part of a fast-growing international asset management business involved in the acquisition and development of private sustainable energy projects and companies worldwide.

There are 3 Summer Investments Internship positions available, to join the Victory Hill Investment Team of a fast growing and very successful global energy infrastructure and private equity investment firm based in London. The successful candidates will be rewarded with invaluable exposure to the deal making and execution process over a 10 week timeframe. We are ideally looking for this person to start in early July 2022.

Interns at Victory Hill have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the transaction lifecycle and can expect to be staffed on a number of transactions at once.


  • Assisting in the execution of transactions and portfolio monitoring
  • Drafting investment memoranda
  • Drafting internal and external presentations

Essential Skills and Characteristics

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance and key accounting principles
  • Proactive attitude and sense of initiative
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams


  • Excellent academic credentials: a business, economics or scientific degree is preferred, but other degrees will also be considered
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Prior internships in private equity, project finance, investment banking (M&A/leverage finance) or management consulting is desirable
  • Knowledge of foreign languages and international experience will be considered an asset
