About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2022 EMEA University Programme.

Program Overview:

For our Finance Programme, participants can gain on-the-job experience in accounting and finance, and work alongside team members to identify areas of financial risk and mitigate efforts appropriately. Rotation opportunities may be in the following groups: Audit, Controller, Finance, and Treasury.

We will provide you with various learning opportunities and support throughout your time with us. On joining, a buddy– will help guide you through the transition from classroom to a professional workplace. Learning is on the job from experts in your team, as well as specifically designed courses providing the technical and general business skills needed to be successful. And you have the opportunity to meet senior leaders and other experts across the company to start building your professional network.

In this role, you will:

  • Reporting and monitoring of liquidity risks for the WF EMEA platform.
  • Production and subsequent review of all liquidity stress testing results.
  • Produce periodic liquidity risk reporting for senior management and committee review.
  • Become an active and contributing member of working groups across WF in business projects.

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Development Programs, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Be a final year undergraduate / graduate student of any degree discipline
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Have the relevant rights to work in the country you have applied for
  • Be available to work full time throughout Sept 2022 – Sept 2024
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner and have an ability to adapt
  • A good listener and feel comfortable to speak to individuals or groups from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Want to achieve high quality results consistently
  • Able to work productively and with good judgement especially when without direct supervision
