The Wells Fargo Technology graduate program will offer excellent opportunities to gain skills from working with a number of different teams on a wide variety of projects. The program will last 24 months, offering graduates broad experience within up to 4 teams in Technology. As a Wells Fargo graduate program participant, you will be involved in real projects with business objectives and a set of goals to achieve. You’ll get the benefits of specialized training that will build your skills, building your network, learning from a mentor, coach, and other experienced employees, attending exclusive events, and access to senior leaders across the globe.

In the UK and EMEA region, you will be joining Wells Fargo at an exciting time in supporting our International Business Strategy and Technology Roadmap. You will have an opportunity to work with a range of Technology teams that cover Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Payments, Finance, Compliance and Risk, Infrastructure Technology, Cyber Security and Technology Controls.  You will also get to learn about the latest technological advancements on areas such as cloud, data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and robotic automation and applied innovation working with the Business, Risk and Technology colleagues to create business value.

You will be assigned a buddy and mentor support throughout the program and have access to the full learning opportunities on offer including Technology Colleges, Agile Playbook and other learning tools to develop your technical and professional leadership capabilities. You are also encouraged to build your network across the Bank in all locations both in Technology and with the Business.

At the end of the 24 months, you can expect to be equipped with the technical and leadership qualities to help you progress to a permanent role and progress and build your career in Wells Fargo.

In this role, you will:

  • We are looking for candidates who has a passion for Technology, are analytical, shows drive and excel at problem solving and building relationships. You will come from a Technology, Science or Engineering discipline and have a passion to learn new knowledge, are self-motivated and can collaborate with team members to solve problems.

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Development Programs, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Undergraduate/graduate student in their final year of studies at university
  • Degree in engineering, math, or a computer related field
  • Have the relevant rights to work in the country you have applied for
  • Be available to work full time throughout Sept 2022 – Sept 2024
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle problems using data and logic to reach solutions
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance and directions
  • Enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and results
  • Adopt an agile mindset and always seeks for improvements or efficiencies
  • Customer centric and aims to improve services for our stakeholders
  • Strong desire to make an impact to our Business Strategy and Technology Roadmap
  • Ambitious and adaptable and can thrive in a diverse culture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas and findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, to all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
