The Regulatory Relations team are responsible for ensuring proactive, transparent, and enhanced management of our engagements with both the local and US regulators on our international activities, which facilities the continually build of trust and confidence in our relationship.We support our business partners in their engagement with our regulators, treating the regulators as our ‘most important client’. This is achieved with deep knowledge of the business strategy and day to day activities, as well as the regulatory environment we operate within.As part of the International Regulatory Relations team, you will support the delivery of International Regulatory Relations’ strategy, governance, and communications plans as well as engaging with our internal stakeholders to supporting them in their delivery of their international strategy

In this role, you will:

  • Engaging with relevant internal stakeholders to support them in their engagement with regulators and ensure clarity of regulatory expectations
  • Review and evaluate regulatory submissions to ensure alignment with our Regulatory Communications Plan, Regulators’ expectations and our internal standards
  • Draft Regulatory communications in conjunction with subject matter experts and accountable owners
  • Supporting the coordination and overall organisation of Regulator inspections and/or examinations.
  • Monitoring and ongoing tracking of milestones to ensure adherence to regulatory submission deadlines

Required Qualifications, International:

  • Experience in Development Programs, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Be a final year undergraduate / graduate student of any degree discipline
  • Have the relevant rights to work in the country you have applied for
  • Be available to work full time throughout Sept 2022 – Sept 2024
  • Be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
