We are looking to hire our next generation of Consultants to join our team and work across a range of strategy and innovation projects. You’ll be working across a variety of projects with our Digital Due Diligence, Product & Service Design, and Strategy and Change Teams.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for future digital transformation consultants to join our growing team, working to continue developing Palladium as an award-winning digital transformation consultancy and as part of the Next 15 Group.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will be immersed in all aspects of our business; with a high level of responsibility from day one of our graduate scheme. Over 9 months you will rotate across our different service areas; Due Diligence, Product & Tech Implementation, Digital Strategy, and Change & Implementation.

You’ll play a key role within multi-disciplinary, collaborative project teams, helping to solve our Private Equity clients’ and their portfolio company’s problems. Activities will include a combination of workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, and solution design, all providing analysis and insight to enact business change.

To help you achieve this, we will provide a combination of on-the-job learning opportunities working alongside experienced colleagues, complemented by a development plan. You will be offered both in-house and external training and will have a mentor who will help you to define your personal development goals to support you as you build your consulting career.

We have a flat organisational structure which promotes day to day exposure with directors and senior managers, as well as high-profile clients. Although we are a small team, our business is growing exponentially; promising fast professional development and personal growth – all within a supportive environment.



You will have drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself, enjoy working with others to solve problems and share knowledge, have strong written and oral communication skills, and above all have a passion for digital solutions and technology.

  • Previous role/work experience/internship in consulting or the digital space
  • Comfortable collecting and analysing data
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Articulate – strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy working both collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and persevere when met by obstacles
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Love proactively learning new things and sharing that knowledge with others
  • Open to different views and aware of own bias
  • Responds to changing environment with flexibility and agility
  • Courage and willingness to take risks
  • Be disruptive, controversial and challenging with your ideas
