We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfil the role of HR Intern within our Human Resources team. You will showcase your success through collaboration and innovation. You will gain generalist exposure across HR Business Partnering and HR Administration. This exciting opportunity would be perfect for someone wanting to build their career in Human Resources.

Your Impact/Responsibilities:

As an Intern you will be supporting the HR Business Partner, PGIM’s Head of HR, Europe and Asia as well as collaborating with the wider HR Team. This includes:

  • Recruitment support including scheduling of interviews, co-ordinating interview feedback
  • Providing HR reports
  • Presentations, maintaining organization charts and induction slides
  • Providing support on various HR Projects such as SMCR, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellness initiatives
  • Provide HR support pertaining to scheduling of new joiner induction, and completing new hire requestion forms
  • Building knowledge of both PGIM and HR’s business model
  • Confirming source-data accuracy and appropriate application in responses
  • Enhancing messaging to highlight competitive advantages
  • Ensuring clarity, brevity and consistency

Responding to ad hoc requests, as needed
