What this job involves

During this internship you will be working with the both the HR Director and HR Business Partners to build the management information (MI) platforms and documents needed to keep the leadership teams equipped with data and insights of their people (e.g. headcount, attrition and diversity and inclusion statistics).

This will involve:

  • Collation of data from a variety of different sources/IT platforms
  • Analysing data for trends and extrapolating insights linked to the Talent strategy
  • Building MI platforms and documents for presenting data and output from data analysis
  • Determining how the MI can be effectively maintained and reproduced regularly
  • Liaising with the analytics team and the wider Talent team both in EMEA and Globally.

In addition to this project, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the Talent agenda.

  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise work and use own initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and willingness to generate ideas
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
