About Us

REGIS-TR is the leading European trade repository offering reporting services covering all the major European trade repository obligations. Established in Luxembourg in 2010, REGIS-TR is the largest European TRs for EMIR, and offers services covering SFTR, FinfraG, and UK EMIR.

REGIS-TR is a 50/50 joint venture between Clearstream, part of the Deutsche Börse Group, and the Spanish CSD Iberclear, which belongs to the stock market and financial system operator BME. We are the TR for our group entities and their clients, and through these companies have unrivalled access to in-house derivatives, securities lending, repo, collateral management and CCP margining expertise. This is reflected in our solution design and our day-to-day services.

We believe in providing our clients with effective support and information; between them, our teams are fluent in fifteen European languages. Our teams are expert in both the solutions and the regulations, have an average response time of three hours. We continue to set up partnerships with leading vendors and infrastructure providers to meet the demand from clients looking to reduce their reporting burden.

We operate a competitive and transparent pricing policy, and offer a flexible account structure that can accommodate a wide variety of reporting models, from direct to the TR to delegation through a vendor or other party.
