Job summary
Location and duration: The position is based in London. It is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract position



Overall Purpose of the role:
As an Investment and Solutions Market Intelligence Intern you are expected to support the core functions of the team and work closely with the Head of Investment Solutions. In addition to day-to-day tasks, the role will focus on core equity strategist activities such as country, sector and styles allocation in global emerging and frontier markets. Style analysis of portfolios with a forward looking approach will be an ongoing task. Idea generation on thematic investment and product is critical and FX assessment risk of the portfolio is also part of the role.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Updating and developing the existing evaluation platform both from a theoretical and IT level
  • Preparing the Quarterly update of all the indicators used to assess positioning in the platform’s mandates.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects
  • The role holder will adhere to FCA rules conduct rules and principles, and the Firm’s policies and procedures.  Where appropriate, seek guidance from Management or Compliance.
