Our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team is responsible for the development of AVEVAs annual Acquisition and Partnering strategy by identifying and executing transactions with suitable businesses that augment AVEVAs software portfolio. Their work is highly confidential, but an essential component to the continued growth and success of the company.

The M&A Internship opportunity is perfect for current university students who want to understand the world of M&A while putting their business knowledge into action. The intern will play an important part in supporting the M&A team in the formulation and building of materials, such as market research, competitive benchmarking and profiling of potential target companies to be used by upper-level management to make decisions on acquisition strategy, initial assessments on possible acquisition targets, and capitalized investments.

The role will be initially a summer internship but there is scope for this to be continued alongside studies for up to a year afterwards. The office hub for this is Cambridge/London but we will be working remotely until September.
