Overall Purpose of the Job:

Support the CEO and the COO in project management, reporting, and presentations drafting. This will require daily interactions with the CEO and the COO, but also with many stakeholders within the company.

This is a 1 year fixed-term internship based in London.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of the local projects & initiatives portfolio
  • Follow-up, information gathering and analysis on some of the key projects
  • Production of dashboards, monthly reports and various committees presentation and minutes
  • Follow-up and analysis of expenses budgets
  • Writing or updating of policies where necessary
  • Adhere to FCA rules and principles and the Firm’s policies and procedures. Where appropriate, seek guidance from Management or Compliance

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Academic degree for example in business administration, finance, science or similar would be a plus

Required skills

  • Highly organised and flexible
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great proficiency in drafting
  • Ability to create dashboards, budgets, policies and presentations
  • Notions or previous experience in project management would be a plus
  • Friendly, polite and good communication and coordination skills when interacting with different stakeholders both internal and external. This includes exhibiting the appropriate discretion.
  • Experience of understanding / speaking French will be useful, but not essential

Languages

Fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills.
