In your role as an Intern in Ceded Re you will be part of our ambitious and fast paced team. This team is responsible for administering all Treaty Reinsurance business written within AXA XL.

You will be supporting subject matter experts across multifunction teams in AXA XL to “solve it together” and deliver projects within the Ceded Re Transformation landscape.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

Provide analytical and technical support to team across a wide variety of Transformation and change initiatives, not limited to;

  • Rationalisation of Reinsurer Names across AXA XL source operating systems.
  • Support with implementation of planned Solv II Regulatory Reporting changes for 2025.
  • Extraction and preparation of reporting.
  • Explore opportunity for process efficiencies using AI within the Ceded Re Team
