What is Career Shapers?
Career Shapers is a three-day event for students that gives you the chance to learn more about our exciting career opportunities. This female focussed programme is designed to support women who are interested in starting a career with Deloitte, to help them find out what they can expect to achieve with us, and where that might lead.
What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
Career Shapers is all about helping you to test your talents and see where they best fit, therefore, we don’t require any specific skills for this programme.
We do have some minimum requirements for you to meet. You’ll need to be in London Year 12 and have 104 UCAS points predicted.
We want to ensure that regardless of your gender your talent and hard work is recognised, and you are given equal access to our opportunities.
Duration of the programme, 24th – 26th June 2024. This programme is in person, so we advise you only apply if you live in a commutable distance to our London office.
What kind of work will I do?
Designed for school students to get excited about the wealth of possibilities on offer here at Deloitte, Career Shapers is a chance to immerse yourself into our friendly, diverse community for three action-packed days.
Seeing how different career paths align to your unique talents and strengths. Taking a closer look at Deloitte life and getting to grips with the different work each of our business lines do. Taking part in immersive case studies, developing life skills, and benefiting from employability sessions that’ll help to set you up for a future career.

As well as the above you will also have the opportunity to apply and be fast-tracked for a Deloitte BrightStart Higher Apprenticeship programme. Do you need a work permit? To be eligible you need to be a student in Year 12, London for this programme.
