One of these initiatives is our Savills Insight Programme.
The Savills Insight Programme is a paid, one week, internship for 1st year undergraduate students to provide a great work opportunity and to help us attract and nurture talent from diverse backgrounds. This programme will address our current under representation in the business and support candidates from minority ethnic backgrounds, lower socio-economic backgrounds and candidates with a long term health condition into the business and industry.

Departments: Commercial Surveying, Residential Surveying, Development Surveying, Valuation Surveying, Planning, Urban Design, Operational Capital Markets, Affordable Housing, Rural Surveying, Building Surveying, Energy, Engineering, Sustainability
Location: London Offices
Opportunities: 15 placements
Contract: 1 week (5 days)
Salary: London Living Wage (currently £11.95 per hour)
Application Dates: 1st February – 25th February 2024
Placement Dates: 8th – 12th April 2024
HOW WILL THE PROGRAMME RUN?
Our aim is to provide a flavour of the work of Savills graduates and to show potential future candidates how the property industry works. During placements we offer the opportunity to attend departmental talks to learn about other areas of the business, attend social events and meet directors from across the company.
The scheme demonstrates how we work, and what real estate entails. It is a valuable chance for students considering entering the property industry, and especially to those who think Savills could be thier employer of choice. The Insight Programme is also a valuable way to strengthen an application for our summer scheme.
