You’ll interact with senior leaders and professionals from our core business areas and learn the importance of collaboration, communication and how to build and maintain your personal brand.

Who does this suit?

You’ll need to be a first-year student studying on a three-year degree or a second-year student studying on a four-year degree. You should be on track to receive a 2:1 undergraduate degree or above in any subject.

To better reflect the communities we serve, we have set a series of diversity targets, taking action to remove barriers for our colleagues, candidates, customers and our communities realising their potential.
