2024 Summer Internship Program – London


Polen Capital’s intern program is open to rising college or university seniors (graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025). U.K. Work Authorization is required.


  • 9 weeks beginning in mid-June 2024
  • Interns must be able to commit to the full length of the program
  • All internships are in person, paid, and include housing assistance

As a Summer Intern at Polen Capital, you will:

  • Gain hands-on exposure to our asset management business, investment philosophy and process
  • Participate in leadership and skill-based training, speaker series, and firmwide events alongside full-time employees and fellow Summer Interns
  • Collaborate with team members to produce tangible results on projects and investment decisions for Polen
  • Complete a Capstone Project and present results to the firm, in addition to supplemental team project work

Summer Interns may be considered for full-time roles post-graduation.

You will be asked during the interview process which roles you would like to be considered for. We have internship opportunities in the following groups:

ESG Investing

The ESG team provides analytics and ratings on equities, embedded within our fundamental analysis on a company’s business model and additional components. Polen engrains honesty, integrity and ethical practices in all aspects of its business. Integrating environmental, social and corporate governance (“ESG”) considerations into our day-to-day operations and business decisions is a foundational piece of that commitment.

  • Required Skills: Demonstrated passion for investing and sustainability, intellectual curiosity, foundational modelling, and valuation skills preferred.

International Business Development + Client Service

This person will sit within the International Business team. They will work to identify new and service existing clients across EMEA and APAC. This will involve working with global partners and various internal teams across the firm.

  • Required Skills: Enthusiastic, client first mentality and a passion for learning.

Investment Specialist

This team works closely with Polen Capital’s Investment and Business Development teams. It is a multi-faceted role which involves articulating Polen’s investment process to clients, conducting portfolio analysis, and contributing to the development of marketing materials to ultimately support client retention and growth.

  • Required Skills: A genuine interest in financial markets, communication and analytical skills, client oriented.
