In Financing Solutions, our goal is to provide debt financing, risk solutions and first-class advisory services for UK and European corporate and private equity clients. We cover a broad range of specialisms, including acquisition financing, specialist asset-backed financing, leveraged buyouts, infrastructure financing and project finance for greenfield renewable energy projects.
Our world-class graduate programme
As a graduate trainee in Financing Solutions, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact and become a leading debt banker.
Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:
Build meaningful relationships with some of the most sophisticated customers in Europe, from medium sized corporations and blue-chip companies to leading private equity sponsors
Gain debt product experience across loans, bonds, private placements, acquisition financing and derivatives, and develop a real insight into product development and digital banking
Experience different business areas including our market-leading bond and derivative syndicate and execution franchise in NatWest Markets
At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to apply for a job across our Corporate Banking & Structured Finance business, including roles in leveraged finance, infrastructure projects finance, risk solutions and more.
How you’ll benefit

Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Financing Solutions graduate programme, you’ll need:
Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
