How you’ll benefit
We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £33,500 a year. If you join a team based in London, you’ll be awarded an additional allowance of £3,450 a year (pro rata). And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access toour flexible benefits package.

At the end of the programme, you’ll be well positioned to apply for roles such as Product Analyst, Capital Management Associate and Digital Consultant, to name just a few.
