Job Description and Responsibilities

As an Intern in our team you will explore and validate new customer propositions together with designers, strategists and technologists. The task involves managing projects independently and will require to work across different business areas including product, sales, operations, finance and legal.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, a structured thinker, highly organized and a creative problem solver. Candidates should be able to quickly build networks and foster relationships across the Visa organization. Familiarity with the payment landscape, experiences with Design Thinking methodologies and a keen interest for learning more about agile and consumer-centric product & service development is a huge plus.

Here are some things you can expect to get involved with on your internship:

  • Prepare and conduct innovation workshops with international clients from various industries
  • Constantly improve our Innovation Service offering and strategically adjust our sales strategy
  • Look for inspiration and cases to motivate and drive transformation processes
  • Use strategy tools to connect user and research insights with client’s objectives
  • Resume responsibility and contribute to the bigger picture from day one

  • Current university student graduating in 2022 or later
  • Intellectual curiosity and an interest in innovation, strategy, technology, entrepreneurship, and customer-centric development
  • Interest and knowledge about digitalization in the context of business and culture
  • Experience in fields like business development, startups, analytics or consulting
  • A hands-on mentality and a focus on getting the job done right the first time
  • Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks while positively responding to changes
  • Being a team player with excellent interpersonal skills who easily gains trust and encourages collaboration
  • Outstanding verbal and written English skills
