Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme offers a learning environment designed to create our future leaders. We’re looking for the best minds to help manage, develop, advise, finance and trade.
Your career development starts with a tailored orientation and business group-specific workshops. You will then embark on a structured 12-month programme with on-the-job training, access to a comprehensive range of external and internal courses and the opportunity to build your business network.
Our Graduate Programme commences in July each year and runs for 12-months.
We offer a variety of Graduate Programmes across our business groups for which students in their final year of study, who have a track record of excellent academic success are encouraged to apply.
What role will you play?
Joining the Macquarie Graduate Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the financial services industry and build the technical skills and knowledge that will help you kick start your career.
During this twelve-month programme, you’ll be encouraged to examine problems from every angle, challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ways of progressing our business while being supported by an inclusive team.
As part of this programme, you’ll:
Develop and utilise new skills while working side-by-side with our business leaders, learning on the job and working on transactions from day one
Develop your technical skills and business knowledge, as well participate in internal and external training with the opportunity to build your network
Be encouraged to give back through the Graduate Volunteer Network and the Macquarie Group Foundation which provides support to hundreds of community organisations each year through financial support, volunteering and skills sharing.

To be eligible for our Graduate Programme you must be in your final year and completing your studies before summer 2024.
Applications open 1 September 2023 and close on 27 October 2023 for roles in our London office. Please note that we recruit on a rolling basis.
