The base
We’re based in the City of London – close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre and have everything we need to work flexibly.
The department
Business Transformation sits at the heart of the business and is responsible for enterprise wide consultancy and change management. This can involve anything from looking at how to improve efficiencies in existing processes to acting as an internal consultant providing advice and guidance to the wider business. You’ll be a strong communicator and keen to throw yourself into a variety of projects.

The programme
Our 2024 Graduate Programme starts on 12 September 2024 and is a 2 year scheme. This Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how Business Transformation operates within it. You’ll be given introductory training, including taking the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and opportunities to network with people across the business.
During your graduate scheme you will rotate around teams within Business Transformation where you will have the opportunity to work on live projects across multiple areas of the business and engaging with senior executives.
