We’re looking for a keen and motivated graduate to join our Audit team on our 2024 Graduate Programme.
Our Audit Graduate Programme is the perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their commercial and technical skills and build a long-term career in Financial Services.
On this programme, you’ll be part of our Internal Audit Team within the Infrastructure part of our business.

Group Internal Audit
The role of Group Internal Audit is to provide independent and objective challenge to, and assurance over, the Schroders Group’s control environment through the evaluation of risk management, control and governance arrangements implemented by management.
The department is led by the Head of Group Internal Audit who has a primary reporting line to the Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, with a secondary line to the Group Chief Executive. The Internal Audit Graduate reports to one of the department’s Internal Audit Managers, and will have the opportunity to work on a range of audits including across the asset management division’s investment, operations, technology and client group functions.
