The Wealth Management Apprenticeship is a great way to start your career in financial services and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.

After joining, you will spend the first six months on a rotational programme in four different teams within the Wealth Management Division; two client teams, the Marketing team, and our Operational Risk and Governance team. The rotational period provides a valuable insight into how different parts of the company work, as well as exposure to how all teams connect and contribute to the success of the business.

After the rotational programme, you will be placed on a permanent team and will start studying towards your apprenticeship qualification based on your role, which takes 18-24 months to complete. The apprenticeship standard you complete will be dependent on the team that you join on a permanent basis.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Predicted three Bs at A-Level or equivalent (Minimum B at English and Maths GCSE)
• Positive and collaborative attitude, excellent attention to detail and a passion to learn
• All candidates must have the ability to work in the UK
