UK GЯΛDUΛTΞ INSIGHT PЯOGЯΛMMΞ

This programme is for recent university graduates keen to gain exposure to our industry and learn more about our company culture. You will have the opportunity to hone your interests in one of our businesses in Global Banking & Markets. This four-day insight programme will also allow you to meet with world-class business leaders who will share details of their career paths to help you start your journey post-university.

This Graduate Insight Programme held in September, is designed as a fast-track route on to our Global Banking & Markets Off-Cycle Internships, which run from March to May the following year. The Off-Cycle Internships, in turn, form a direct pipeline for placements on to our Global Banking & Markets Global Graduate Programmes which start later in the same calendar year.

Requirements:   You will have achieved or will be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 Degree classification / 3.2 GPA or higher or overseas equivalent to this. You will graduate in 2023 or will have recently graduated. You will be available to work full-time between March – May 2024. You will not be in full-time education during this period. You will be UK nationally mobile. Be fluent in English. Please note that you can only make one application each recruitment cycle.
