Event Description:
The Insights Programs are one-day virtual experiences with firmwide program specific overviews. The Insights Programs are designed to attract undergraduate sophomores, who are interested in early exposure to financial services and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The programs are seeking undergraduate sophomores, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. All undergraduate students who are interested in the Insights Programs, regardless of background, are welcome to register.
Participants will be provided with an introduction to financial services and the firm. You will be exposed to our senior leaders and have an opportunity to gain a better understanding of our firm and how to have a successful career here. You will have an opportunity to learn more about the summer internship programs offered in our various Lines of Business. Through this experience you will gain insight into how the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of our senior leaders positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and our industry.
Who We Are Seeking:
If you’re highly motivated and enjoy working in teams to come up with innovative solutions, this program is for you. We welcome students from all majors who have an interest in financial services, graduating between December 2024 and Spring 2025.

At the conclusion of the Insights Program, you will have the opportunity to indicate your internship interests and apply for 2024 summer programs. Lines of Business may also hold additional educational events that you can explore to learn more about our internship programs.
