About the business area
LGIM manages fixed income, equity, multi-asset, liability-driven investment, property and alternative solutions on behalf of its clients. Located across the globe, our clients include institutional pension funds, financial institutions, local authorities and sovereign wealth funds. Private Credit provides companies with an alternative source of capital to the public market and is essential for diversifying funding source and delivering specialist financial solutions where “standardised” public offerings do not fit. With only LGIM’s eyes on the investment, forming a credit view – “will the investment pay what it promises” – is more important than ever. The Credit Rating team gives an independent view on that question through financial, business, and structural analysis of transactions, helping the investment teams to structure and invest in the best possible opportunities for our clients. The tools you’ll learn in the Credit Rating team are those essential to all walks of investment across banking, investing, equity and credit.
