Job Purpose
Our Financial Sponsors Coverage Group in London is looking for an off-cycle intern to join the team.
Responsibilities:
As an off-cycle intern, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced senior coverage officers both to provide business unit analytics and coverage officer support on client initiatives.
Coverage officer support includes working closely with M&A sector and restructuring deal teams to coordinate advisory pitches, new deal introductions to our group, attending internal and external meetings and conference calls and preparing ad hoc reports, analyses, and marketing materials.
The environment at Houlihan Lokey is collegiate and entrepreneurial and rewards Financial Analysts with substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals. Interns can expect meaningful personal interaction one-on-one with Managing Directors and other senior-level bankers.
