Job Description:

Role summary:

An internship at Sanne offers invaluable paid work experience within the financial services industry and excellent training of core company secretarial & fund administration duties working within a dynamic, vibrant and collaborative team.

Sanne are looking for talented graduates and University/ A-level students to enter our competitive internship programme in our growing Alternative Assets team. The internship lasts from 1 to 3 months and the candidate will also benefit from training courses and networking events.


Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of client matters, such as corporate governance, regulatory filings, cash management and dealing with correspondence from third parties;
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers and filings with the Company registrar;
  • Assisting senior administrators with a portfolio of clients;
  • Undertaking corporate health checks on existing clients to ensure statutory compliance and good governance;
  • Completion of internal compliance files for new clients and assist with any corporate/fund formation and incorporations;
  • General administration of various structures to include arranging execution of documents by the directors, filing and scanning and maintaining the client files in good order;
  • Undertaking cash reconciliations in line with agreed approval matrix and authorised signatory lists, performing transaction monitoring together with client entity banking requirements;
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and other such tasks as maybe required;
  • Working closely with internal legal, finance and other departments;
  • Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.


Skills / experience required:

  • Minimum 120 UCAS points or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2.2 degree (for graduates);
  • Good standard of GCSE’s or equivalent, must include Maths and English;
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Conscientious attitude with a strong attention to detail;
  • High level of time management skills;
  • Willingness to be challenged and be flexible;
  • Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment;
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability;
  • Strong self-motivation and drive;
  • Excellent communication and organization skills;
  • Legal or Financial knowledge will be a distinct advantage.
