As the quant space is constantly evolving so will your learning. Our quant graduate programme will enable you to develop your skills across asset classes and technologies. We cover everything from rates, FX, inflation, hybrids, credit, sustainability, and xVA through machine learning, micro-services, automation, and cloud.

What to Expect

Our 18 month Analyst Programme starts with a comprehensive training program designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies.  You’ll also take part in three six-month rotations within different quant areas – giving you hands-on experience of working on live projects and exposure to a wide range of assets and aspects of trading and risk management.

As a part of the Analyst Programme, you’ll tackle, and help to solve, some of the most complex problems we face. You will help provide cutting-edge solutions across the business from pricing to hedging and risk, and help us respond with market leading innovation. Your ideas will be heard and right from the start you will be given real responsibility and have the ability to make a valuable contribution.

As a part of a select intake, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry.  We’re highly team-driven, but you’ll still find plenty of opportunity to shine as an individual. Successful candidates will:

• have a strong interest in financial markets
• have strong quant skills in at least one asset class
• have good knowledge of a programming language e.g. C#
• have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• have high levels of motivation and integrity
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• be innovative and have the ability to generate new and creative ideas
• be in their final year of study or have graduated in the last 12 months
• have obtained a minimum 2:1 within the last 12 months, or be in line for a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level
