About the role

Your main role is to support on projects related to behavioural science and customer experience, working closely with the team.

Day to day tasks will involve:

  • Creative applications of behavioural science to help design interventions & experiments, tackling real-world customer and business “pain-points” (such as seeking to improve conversion rates online)
  • Analyzing and interpreting the results from customer and partner experience surveys
  • Producing dashboards and data visualizations that tell a compelling story
  • Sketching-out customer journey maps using insights from research
  • Writing thought-provoking project summaries and articles to promote the work of our teamThe common theme to everything you do will be understanding customers through the lens of Behavioural Science and Customer Insight.

About you

  • You’re enthusiastic about behavioural science and addressing customer needs through research
  • You have some foundational training in behavioural science and good knowledge of the associated frameworks. This may include: an advanced degree in social sciences (e.g., Masters in Behavioural Science, Psychology), or hands on experience in designing and carrying out research studies. We will also consider candidates who have no university qualifications but have chosen to undertake training courses in behavioural science and related fields.
  • You’re a motivated self-starter who is willing to ‘give everything a go’
  • You have a firm understanding of statistics, and data interpretation
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team where you create buy-in from a whole variety of colleagues, showing them the value of research.
  • You’re passionate about the opportunities that lie at intersection between CX and behavioural science
  • (optional) Experience in applied behavioural insights, CX measurement, customer journey mapping, design thinking and user experience design
  • (optional) – Language skills in German, French, Spanish or Mandarin
