We are recruiting for a number of Summer Interns to join our Operations division where you will gain unique insight into how Operations and Technology is put to work in global financial markets.
Both Operations and Technology are at the heart of our thriving, market leading business and as an intern, you will gain exposure to market leading solutions underpinning a some of the worlds busiest financial markets. What you can expect:
Working with experts in Operations and financial markets at all levels.

Exposure to a wide variety of technology and business disciplines.
Depending on role – Work exposure including (but not limited to):
Involvement in the daily trade management workflows, accurately processing thousands of transactions
Helping to deliver improvements and efficiency gains via process innovation and engagement with Technology
Project work to improve operational controls and risk management to deliver better solutions across Operations and the wider business
What we require from you:
You will be a penultimate year student in a full-time study. You will have an expected graduation date between December 2023 to August 2024.
Have a clear interest in working in Financial Services
A passion for working with people, technology and problem-solving.
Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
Whilst not essential, programming knowledge, including VBA, Python, SQL and/or capability with Excel macros and databases, would be highly advantageous.
Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
