Exciting opportunity to join Beazley’s Cyber team in the London office. We are looking for two interns to join our Cyber division for a one month period during the summer of 2023. We’re seeking a school leaver, university student or recent graduate with a passion for information security and the cyber industry. The role will be paid £100 per day for the one month period. The closing date to apply for this role is 31 December 2022. Successful candidates will be contacted in January and interviews will take place remotely.

This role will see you working in teams across the cyber division, from underwriting, claims and cyber services to underwriting management. You will gain exposure to insurance and its key performance measures. You will learn from and work alongside our team of highly experienced underwriters and claims professionals, supporting them with the following duties:
Completing risk documentation
Online research on the risk to be insured
Financial analysis of key risks measures
Drafting of risk exposure profiles
Preparation and analysis of standardized insurance conditions
Evaluation of client databases to support portfolio management
Evaluation of client databases to support portfolio management
Management of claims
This opportunity with Beazley offers the chance to analyse corporate and portfolio data relating to commercial and financial institutions in preparation of risk analyses.
