ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:
Capco’s Internship Programme provides the opportunity to gain an insight into consulting with Capco and is aimed at students going into their final year at university or recent university graduates. Depending on your degree subject and area of interest, you will have the opportunity to focus on either business consulting or data consulting.
You will be given the opportunity to support our clients on an interesting project and will contribute to the development and delivery of market-changing, innovative solutions and strategies to our clients. The internship is designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to excel in a career in consulting within financial services. In addition, it will provide:
Unique learning and development opportunities to build up your consulting, banking and domain expertise
An experienced senior coach to support you by providing career advice and guidance throughout your internship
Feedback on your performance and a chance to secure an offer of a permanent role upon completion of the internship
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for individuals who are enrolled on/have completed a degree course from any discipline with a classification of 2:1 or above, who have an interest in financial services and are motivated to work in a fast-paced, challenging and project-based environment. Previous professional experience is advantageous but not limited to those from within financial services. We require strong verbal and written communication skills matched with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
