The successful candidates will be working in a front office function focused on the origination, execution, and ongoing management/monitoring of real estate lending transactions. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is part of the Corporate & Investment Banking division and delivers real estate banking services to corporate clients, including fund managers, large private property companies, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Wells Fargo CRE has consistently performed with a leading market share in the US where we have been the No.1 commercial real estate lender yearly since 2009 (MBA Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Firms Annual Origination Volumes, year-end 2020). The CRE EMEA team provides an important strategic bridge for the bank to support US clients investing in the EMEA region and to introduce domestic clients to the wider Wells Fargo franchise. The CRE EMEA team use innovative and often complex debt structures to support investors across a wide spectrum of real estate assets located within the UK and Ireland.
