We are looking to hire a number of graduates onto our outstanding International Graduate Programme to start in October 2023.
How does the programme work?
Flexibility remains at the core of the International Graduate Programme, that’s why you as the individual possess the autonomy to tailor your graduate programme, choosing to spend time in areas that you are enjoying and excelling in!
Within the Equities specialisation, you’ll spend the majority of your time rotating through different teams within Equity Research, Sales and Specialist Sales, as well as enjoying time within Investment banking, Economics or Sales-Trading, for example.
Induction & training
No matter what your degree subject studied, or where your level of financial knowledge is at the start of the programme, our 6-week induction in the London office will bring everyone up to speed. We’ve designed a structured, classroom-based induction which has been expertly created to provide you with the skill set required to succeed. You will hear from inspirational business leaders on their roles and the specific divisions that they look after, whilst your technical skills in the areas of company valuation, financial modelling and presentation techniques will be enhanced through a wide variety of dynamic training courses. There’s also a bunch of social events, team-based activities and networking opportunities for you to get to know your peers and previous grads.
And your development and training doesn’t stop there! Throughout the programme there will be on-going training to continually develop your skill-set, and there’ll be regular feedback sessions to allow us to get an understanding of how you’re getting on. We’ll also support your CFA qualification, giving you the best path to success with supported study leave, educational materials and reimbursement for the costs of the course and exam.
