To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2022 or a final year undergraduate or Masters student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2023. You should be on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in any subject area.
As a graduate, you will join one of the following business areas: Capital Markets, Post Trade or Corporate Functions.

You should have a demonstrable interest in financial markets, which you’ve built through your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
A curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Individuals who are able to connect the dots and think strategically.
The environment we work in is fast paced, you’ll need to demonstrate focus, resilience and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
People who can collaborate with others, using their strong communication skills in the process.
You will stand out to us if you can demonstrate and recognise that what you achieve is equally important as how you achieve it.

Recruitment Process: We operate a rolling recruitment process with assessment centres starting from early December 2022.
The first stage of the recruitment process involves a review of your CV and motivational statement.
Should you pass the initial screening stage, we will invite you complete an online test to help identify the skills and behaviours you’ll bring to the role. It includes some questions on how you would describe yourself, how you typically approach tasks, and a short cognitive ability test.
The next step is a telephone interview where we will test your motivations for the role as well as some of our key competencies.
The final stage is an assessment centre which involves a number of different types of exercises – further information is provided at the point of invite.
Please note, all our assessment centres will be run virtually this year.
