The Graduate Funds Contributor Relations Specialist works within the wider Data Acquisition and Rights management group at LSEG, and is responsible for managing content sourced from various content partners.

This is a great opportunity to develop in-depth market knowledge and understanding of the complete Fund ecosystem while developing key relationships with some of our biggest partners. The successful candidate will manage content sets across our product groups end to end, developing strong relationships along the way through working closely with the Product team, Data Management, Content Partners, Sales and Account Management and Content Operations team.

Major responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with our content partners, covering the business and product needs
  • Support existing data on LSEG platforms and support the onboarding of new product sets
  • Contribute to group knowledge and help design, implement global processes and standards
  • Manage Fund Management Relationships, actively ensure new and existing data is compliant and address issues as and where required in liaison with the Senior Relationship manager, Product Managers, Operation teams and relevant sector leads.
  • Engage & build strong relationships with internal teams

Key Accountabilities:

  • Self starter with demonstrable ability to work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working independently with good ability to multi-task
  • General understanding of financial markets
  • Fluent proficiency in written and oral English, one other language an advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Highly Desirable

  • A great communicator with experience of working in a client facing role an advantage
  • A strong appetite to learn and share knowledge
  • Proactive, positive, with a natural instinct to help and commitment to find solutions where they are not obvious
