Penultimate Year Programme

Our Strategy& Females of the Future Programme is a one-day virtual insight programme where you’ll meet and learn from our inspiring women, and find out what a future career with us in strategy consulting could look like. During the day we’ll provide hints and tips to help you build your employability skills and resilience and support you throughout our recruitment process. This one-day programme is designed to give you the best chance of success and upon conclusion of the programme, your application will be considered for an internship opportunity within the Strategy& team.

The day will consist of a series of engaging activities; you’ll hear from our inspiring Strategy& females, ranging from those at the start of their career through to our leaders, who’ll share their career journeys with you and explain why diversity matters so much to us. We’ll also break down some myths around our application process and build your commercial awareness to help you prepare for our case study interviews, giving you the opportunity to practice in a friendly and supportive environment. You’ll get lots of opportunities to ask questions and network with our people throughout the day too.

Strategy& can offer you a career with diverse and challenging assignments, working on key strategy issues and solving the most critical problems for global organisations. You’ll collaborate with engaging colleagues and receive unmatched opportunities for professional development and achievement. Attracting the right talent is paramount and as a progressive employer, Strategy& continues to develop a diverse and agile workforce who feel empowered to be the best they can be.

To be eligible for the programme you’ll need to be:

  • In your penultimate year of study or in your final year of study with a one year postgraduate degree place confirmed
  • Be on track / or have achieved a 2.1 in your undergraduate degree
  • Eligible to start a graduate programme in September 2022 or Spring 2023 in the UK
  • Be available to attend our programme on either 24 September 2021 or 1 October 2021

What next?

To gain a place on the one-day Strategy& Females of the Future Programme, you’ll complete the first half of the Strategy& recruitment process. Then after you’ve completed the programme, there will be an opportunity to be considered for our final round assessment centres for the Strategy& Summer Internship scheme.

*You will not be assessed on the day of the programme.
