Aimed at primarily female identifying students, our 4-day programme will involve:
Gaining an insight into three of Marsh McLennan’s market-leading businesses – Marsh, Guy Carpenter and Mercer – through a series of interactive workshops, games and seminars.
Networking with diversity champions, female business leaders and current graduates to hear their career stories.
Discovering how to succeed at an assessment centre with tips from the Early Careers team
Students performing well at our 2023 Spring Insight Week will also be offered a fast-track to the final stage assessment centre for a 2024 Summer Internship!

On track for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline*
