Intake Year 2023
Description
Have you ever wondered about the role played by science, technology, engineering and mathematics in a modern Investment Bank? What type of work is carried out on a day-to-day basis and what the people are like who work here?
If so, the Royal Bank of Canada’s STEM into Banking Spring Insight Programme will offer students studying STEM subjects who will finish their education in 2025 to take their crucial first steps in their career journey by joining us for two days to learn about the dynamic, diverse and challenging world of investment banking. You will meet technology experts from sales, trading, investment banking and technology to gain an insight into how STEM skills are utilized across an investment banking environment and how STEM professionals collaborate to meet the needs of the business. You will meet and learn from inspiring experts within the bank, meet our graduates, complete case studies, visit the trading floor and network with members of our Employee resource groups. You will experience firsthand RBC’s collaborative and innovative culture, which was ranked #2 in the global “Top 25 Most Diverse & Inclusive Companies” in the 2021 Refinitiv Diversity & Inclusion Index.
The Spring Insight Programme will take place across two days in late March or early April 2023.
