Our 4-day Women’s Insight Program aims to help inform, mentor, and prepare selected attendees for a career in investment banking by providing them with the opportunity to take part in:
Shadowing and mentorship from junior bankers
Interactive senior banker discussions
Skills based workshops
Case study presentations
Networking with bankers across all levels and groups
Strong attendees of the program who demonstrate the qualities we look for at PJT will be offered an opportunity to be fast-tracked to the interview process for our 2024 Summer Analyst Program in London.
Eligibility: Female students in their first year of a 3-year university or second year of a 4-year university.
