In your first year of university and wondering what your career will hold? Get your financial services career off to a flying start with our two-day insight event, where you’ll get the chance to network with industry experts while you explore the variety of opportunities available to you at Barclays.
During the programme, you’ll take part in business workshops, as well as specialised soft skill training and interview preparation. There will be plenty of valuable opportunities to hear from and network with our senior leaders, along with current Barclays graduates.
Programme Dates: 8th & 9th April 2021
The Discovery programme is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive environment at Barclays – we want to ensure that diverse voices are heard and play an important role in our development as a business. We particularly encourage applications from students who identify as female, those who identify as LGBTQAI, those of black, asian and ethnic minority heritage, or who identify as having a disability.
As part of the programme, you’ll get to find out more about our career pathways and business areas, but you’ll also hear from our diversity-focused employee networks, to give you an insight into life at Barclays and to help you think about your next steps as a graduate.
We’ll also give you a closer look at our Summer Internship opportunities and what they entail – including offering participants the chance to interview for a 2022 position.
