Your program’s highlights
The Steps to Success Scholarship Program is a unique social mobility program for outstanding Year 13 students in the UK, from lower income households, who want to gain practical experience in the Investment Banking Industry before starting university.
The program offers a rare insight into the workings of a large and innovative global bank, consisting of one four-week and one six-week summer internship in London, which will take place in the summer of 2022 and 2023, combined with a financial scholarship for university tuition fees for every year that you are a scholar on the program.

Duration: 4 weeks in 2022 / 6 weeks in 2023
Your field of responsibility
You will have the opportunity to intern in one of three different businesses at Credit Suisse, which could include: Capital Markets & Advisory, Sales, Trading & Structuring, or Equity Research. During the program you will be given Industry training, soft skills training, mentoring, exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to enrich your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you will gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse, the industry in general and the diverse teams that collaborate to deliver innovative solutions.
